We will continue to operate under the name Zimmermann, a Nextpower company, bringing together our long-standing PV market experience, structural engineering expertise, and strong European presence with Nextpower’s global scale, technology portfolio, and international reach.

As part of Nextpower, our portfolio of fixed-tilt, floating PV, and other specialized mounting solutions complements Nextpower’s solar tracking technology and broader integrated platform spanning power generation, energy storage, and critical power infrastructure. Together, we can give developers and EPCs greater flexibility to select the right structural solution for each site, project configuration, and land-use requirement.
